- Order history and wallet balance — within your account
- Device/location data — only to show nearby shops and riders (if you grant location access)
- Profile photo — if you choose to upload one (optional)
2. How We Use This Information
- To process orders, assign riders, and complete deliveries
- To resolve customer support requests and complaints
- To improve the app (for example, understanding which shops are popular)
3. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with any third-party company for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose. Your information is only shared within the ODJMart platform itself — with the shops and riders involved — strictly to the extent needed to fulfil your order.
4. Data Security
Your data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/SSL). Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never kept as plain text. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
5. Your Rights
- You can update your profile information within the app at any time

ODJMart is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
